Suggestions anyone???

Tomorrow, is official movie night! In attendence, Masai ( my boyfriend), Gianna (My sister), Cheryl ( my mother) and Danny (my dad, for a short period of time.) I am soo excited! We may even be picking him up at his house, I am oh so excited! Still working on the list of movies, but at least the time and the food has been picked out.
Almost had a heart attack, when I turned on the dvd player today, and it looked like my 6 year old cousin had colored it. What was supposed to be blue was a deep green and pinks were red. yellow was orange, like I said almost had a heart attack. So my sister comes downstairs, while I'm flitting about trying to figure out what happened to our (BRAND) new dvd player, calmly walks over to the outlet, unplugs it waits 2 minutes and plugs it in again, and its (Perfect.) Thank god, for being level headed.
He'll be coming around 3 oclock. He and I will be eating Chili Cheese Fries, prepared by moi! So you know it's going to be excellent and then, we may have strawberry shortcake for deset. We still don't know what movies we're going to watch...Any suggestions?

Goodbye cruel cruel job...

Well, you'll be seeing a lot more of me, now that I've lost my job. (insert gasp here) I know quite shocking. It was shocking to me too! But it is what it is. So I began looking for a new job. And discovered that there was a foreign language bookstore down the street from my house?! I'm waiting for them to call me back! That would be an awesome, job, surrounded by books and within walking distance, I don't think I could ask for anything better!
Their are also an alarming amount of comic books around my community within reach that I was unaware of! The shamefulness of it all just astounds me. I would have updated last night, but I was sick as a dog, with ...a disease. I don't know, I'm still recovering so my analogies kind of suck! I was turning hot to cold and cold to hot again. I was taking off clothes, I was putting on clothes. I was tossing my cookies, I was putting on a heating pad and a cool wash rag, I was rolled up in a comforter. I was a mess... I was like that most of the night, until sexy redd gave me some midol! She RULES! Did I tell you she's a rapper?! Yes, I am cool enough to have an accomplished rapper as part of my family, isn't that awesome? She's done duets, with GUCCI! GUCCI Do you hear??? I'm done gloating now. lol
So, you know how you go get seventeen or Cosmo and see like really pretty people? But then you close it and go on about your day wishing you looked like them? Well now you can( insert here the cheesy infomercial music here.) I've actually taken a seventeen magazine (donated to my worthy cause by my fashion designer in training cousin Ecstacii) and have written down the actual products these people used...and where you can get them?! Isn't that great? Now everyone can look like (Insert favorite famous person here.) Moving on... Who saw the V.M.A's? How dare Kanye West do that to poor Taylor?! It was obvious that she was surprised that she'd won by the look on her face. And yes, Beyonce is a goddess, but she's not Aphrodite and nor he Eros. Sit yo ass down somewhere and let someone else have some damn spotlight for a change! My goodness, Beyonce has already been named (the Hardest working woman in show business)And I applaud Beyonce' for giving up her time so Taylor could finish her speech properly.

So why couldn't you let the newbie white girl have a little fame? I mean really, can we please stop being so stereotypical and show the world that we have more to offer then big mouths and hip hop? My god, I felt so sad to be black at (that) particular moment. (sigh)
To the point everyone watches the V.M.A's for... the fashion! Did Anyone see what Lady Gaga was wearing?.....When she preformed? The most normal outfit I've seen her in............................... Ever!

A.J. asked me why I watch the awards shows. and it was a good question. Here's my answer. I love every aspect from, the dumb actresses/ porn stars (Paris Hilton) to the sexy women but not sluts (Megan Fox) to the fashion; things you'd wear ( Megan Fox, Beyonce', Taylor Swift) to the things you wouldn't be caught dead in ( Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Pink) I'm very sad that I have to add her to that category seeing as she's such a kick ass woman, but that leotard was definitely a no=go.

Not Fair!

Okay, so I just tried to sign up for mobile posting, seeing as I'm not on here often, when I find out that my service provider...Cricket, doesn't participate in mobile posting for Blogger. I'm uber ticked off. I can get my email, my tweets, even facebook messages but I can't post to Blogger. I am very unhappy. Lets catch up shall we? Since the last entry is a month ago! You guys probably thought I was dead!

Speaking of which. I was chilling with my friends AnnAry, and Kie having lunch on break. A huge, chicken sandwich topped with bacon,cheese,jukesauce,onions,lettuce,and pickles. Hold the tomato please and fries. and we started talking about food disorders and things of that nature and somehow, we got on to the subject of people making music just because their famous. and AnnAry said did you know that Paris Hilton had an album. And then someone asked what she was famous for and I went off. Talking about her sex tape and her extensions. It was funny as hell, we should have youtubed that shit.
Now, I'm simply waiting on my letters of Recommendation from Katie and Danny. To be truthful, they are taking forever! It's been almost 3 weeks now! How hard is to say what a wonderful person I am, it's not like they have to lie, I am AWESOME! Lol. So Alleycat, is going to write one for me as well. I'm going to take some free online classes, until I get accepted. SO hopefully I won't have to take them too much longer!

Let's Mac Love?

What's good? Haven't been heard from in...exactly 8 days! not bad. Let's see what has happened so far? My dog has broken the 'p' key on my keyboard. I have to press it exactly four times before a p appears on my screen, which is really annoying I'm just glad my name isn't like Penelope or something. I'd have trouble doing my tests and stuff. It would just suck!
So I've put up an updater for my facebook which is really cool, because that means all my lazy facebook friends can read it without leaving facebook. cool right?

Well, I guess its time for a catchup. Work has been rigorous. Friday has been my only off day in over a week. It's really starting to get to me. I was supposed to go to work today but dad's car blew a tire. I do mean literally blew a tire. Which on one end is bad, because he can't drive it and do what he needs to do, but on the other hand, it gives me an acceptable excuse for why I can't come into work today.
Speaking of work, who knew you could get your schedule in advance? I didn't until today. You can get up to two weeks in advance over the phone with E-saile, which is awesome, I love knowing when I'm working because it makes it so so much easier to plan things, and you know how I love to plan, so its pretty cool!
So Fafinettex3 has inspired me to start up my youtube videos again. I had 8, before I started adding more, which really shocked me, because I didn't think I had really done that many and now I'm starting to add some more. What I really want tho, is a laptop with a webcam, so it's way faster to upload my videos' and their in better quality because using my cell phone really just is not getting it. lol.
So, I come back to work, and they toss my back on register, which I was prepared for. What I wasn't prepared for is Alley telling me the news of the day! So apparently, sweet albeit sarcastically named Happiness has snitched on poor albeit greedy Donatello causing him to be FIRED! Sacre' Bleu! Now, I'll never see Donatello again. It's a tragedy! I wish I was there when he got fired, so I could somehow stop it from happening! I was very sad to hear such horrible news.
So, I have a slight crush on my friend Mandark. I know I have a boyfriend and technically it's not cheating if you don't do anything with/to him, but its like always there and lingering on the surface. I just can't help it we have so many things in common and he's just so cute! We can talk for hours! And he's putting in his 2 weeks NOTICE! Which greatly saddens me. :(
Saw my gangsta cousins today. Haven't seen them in over a month. They are the shit and even though you don't know you better recognize. lol.

Makeup Series: Vibrant Pink

Okay, so I know I haven't been here in a minute, but it's really not my fault. It's all this work. Today is payday, but I was off and I wasn't going to go all the way up to work just to get my paycheck no matter how big its going to be. Going to dinner with Masai and the fam next saturday, and I'm kind of nervous. I don't know if they'll like me. I hope so, I plan on being in his life for a good minute at least.

A filling rabbity experience!

I know its been forever since I've written but I have a very good reason! I've been at work! I worked, Wednesday,Thursday,Friday, and I will work Sunday! All in all I'mma have a big ass paycheck, which I am so loving right now! Never knew so many blogs that had to do with a rabbit, here I was thinking I was being original. I tried to type in my url, to show my girlfriend, my new blog and I got like 8 different ones before I found mine! hmph! Here I was thinking I was a trend setter, like usual, I was wrong.
Worked the cash register for the very 1st time, and came out with a perfect til, I was so geeked! Masai was all jealous, I was like you know what that means right and he was like no. I simply replied, that this means that your baby can count her ass off! We both laughed. Ledon was all, I was perfect too, just off by a penny. But I can't take all the credit, without Jeleah, I probably wouldn't even have a til to give back, she helped me a bunch. She's really good at what she does.
I haven't been working over at shakeside, since Monday, I kind of miss it. Hmm, so far, I've learned quite a few new things. I've learned how to run the register. I've learned how to make milkshakes. I've learned how to run the make table. I've learned how to drop fries. I've learned how to run the prep table, and I've learned how to clean out the "hoods". That was not fun at all. The "hoods" are the most disgusting thing I think I have ever had to touch in my life. They are part of this unfinished triangle thing that hangs over the grill, and its job is to collect grease.
It does this very very very well! Almost too well, Katie, told me to clean it, probably because I was a few minutes late, damn, that downtown traffic, and there were like 8 of them, complete with caked on grease, they smelled like shit and I had to clean them in the rain. Not a pleasant experience. Whatever you do, avoid the hoods. I'd never felt so grimy in my life. I washed my hands like six times all the way up to my elbows, had my fellow co-workers looking at me like I was insane. lol.
Speaking of Co-workers, the managerial candidates, bring in their mp3/ipods and blast their music, they call it the "radio". Which in actuallity is not a bad thing, but some of them just need to leave it at home! Who the fuck wants to hear about being on a boat, or the backyardigans theme? Really the backyardigans? How old are you again? and that completes my rant on ignorance.
Kind of bummed out today. Masai was supposed to come over and chill downstairs with me, ya know watch a movie just hang out, since I haven't seen him since Monday and I'll no longer be taking the bus. Oh, I totally forgot to tell you about that! So apparently, mom didn't want me to ride the bus, and left me a message on my *ucked up phone! How was I supposed to know, I had no screen? But of course it's still my fault, and I am not allowed to ride to bus to work anymore and now, I can't *run* into him downtown anymore. But it's cool, in 11 days, I'll be 18, and I'll be able to *run* into him way more often, because I'll be able to go where I wish, and it'll be my decision, on how I decide to spend my days.
This fafsa, crap is starting to piss me off. It's almost finished like 5 months later, I just need to get mom a pin and it can be submitted and my school can finally get it, they've only been waiting for it for like 8 months now. That's a shame. I really hope its not too late for me to start getting my school stuff together, I really think I might die here... I have to get out, it's starting to suffocate me.
